Platforms

Purpose‑built AI platforms from Magsoft.

Our platforms show how artificial intelligence, document processing, language technology, and software engineering come together on real operational and public‑sector problems.

Platforms

Each platform began as a specific operational bottleneck — documents that couldn’t be processed at scale, official communication that never reached its audience, public projects with no window into them — and was engineered into a system people use every day.

Document Intelligence

Turning scans, PDFs, forms and records into structured, validated, audit‑ready data.

Language & Localization

Regional‑language translation and multi‑dialect synthesis that keeps official meaning intact.

Civic Transparency

Public-facing dashboards that make projects, records and status visible to the people they affect.

01 · Intelligent Document Processing

DocuStructura AI

Magsoft’s flagship document‑intelligence platform — it goes beyond OCR to understand structure, extract fields and tables, cross‑check the maths, and flag exceptions for review.

Native Language Translation: Live

02 · GovTech & Localization

Government Documents Native Language Translation (Project Aparant)

A multi‑year sovereign-AI initiative for the Konkani language — 7 dialects across 3 scripts, combining a fine‑tuned language model, speech recognition and voice synthesis. Its native-language translation component is already running in production.

In Development

03 · Archival Document Intelligence

Vintage AI Document Translator

Archival Portuguese‑era legal and property documents are difficult to read and slow to translate. This engine transcribes pre‑1961 deeds and land records into English of a standard suitable for certified translation — surfacing every uncertain reading rather than hiding it.

04 · Civic Technology

Public Transparency Dashboard

Makes information about public projects, infrastructure and civic operations easier to access and understand — built for municipal projects, environmental facilities and public works.

How a Platform Gets Built

The same method behind all three.

Step 01
1

Understand the Workflow

The users, the documents, the decisions and approvals — and the exact point where the work slows down.

Step 02
2

Design the Model & Schema

What “structured” means for this domain — the fields, the rules, the acceptable output.

Step 03
3

Build & Validate

Tested against real documents and real language, with cross‑checks and exception handling built in.

Step 04
4

Deploy & Hand Over

Private or region‑locked where governance requires it — structured so the operator can run it.

Team Magsoft

"Our work is closely connected with the company's long‑term reputation and direction. Projects are approached as serious systems, not temporary experiments — technology people can use confidently, organizations can depend on, and products can evolve from over time."

Have a platform idea or a workflow problem?

The same technology principles behind Magsoft’s platforms can be applied to new products, business processes, and specialized organizational requirements.
